Liz was awesome. I went in with quite a problem with what I thought was extremely damaged hair. By just filling out a questionnaire, she suggested a moisture and trim.

During the appointment, Liz inquired about my hair history (coloring, hair loss, lifestyle, products I use, etc), did the moisturizing treatment and a cut which was exactly what I needed. And. She educated me about best practices with shampoo and conditioner expirations. I did not know the expired.

I’ve not had a hairdresser so engaged in what would be best for my hair: checked tensile strength, scalp health, etc. She is more interested in the correct product for her clients than making money off of them, as I found comparing prices. Plus, a follow up email asking how I was doing! Wow.

I am looking forward to a lasting relationship with Liz. Highly recommend.
